Exams must be scheduled 48 hours prior to testing

Exams that are paid for with a credit/debit card will also incur an additional $3.50 convenience fee. The convenience fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued to candidates that No Show or present expired documentation (when needed to test). Testing fees can be refunded for candidates that cancel at least three (3) business days in advance and request a refund by emailing assessment.services@francistuttle.edu
