How to Cancel

You cannot cancel an exam if you paid through RegisterBlast.  Please contact the MCC Testing Center at (254) 299-5483 to cancel your exam.

For all exam registrations without a fee.

  1. Click the My Account/ My Exams/ My History tab at the top of this page.
  1. MCC Students, enter your MCC username and password (should be the same as WebAdviser & BrightSpace). All others, enter the email address you used to initially schedule your exam.
  1. Click Continue.
  1. You will receive an email from support@registerblast.com.
  1. Click the link inside the email.
  1. A My Exam History page will open. Find your exam and click the Cancel link.
  1. Click "Yes, cancel my registration" if you are sure you want to cancel or "Keep current registration" if you do not want to cancel your exam.
