To Register, Pay, and Schedule a CLEP Exam

There are two separate transactions to be paid. One to College Board for the exam itself (CLEP Exam Ticket ) for $89 valid for 6 months. The second to the SWTXC Testing Center in the form of a proctor fee for proctoring the exam ($20).
There are two options for the Spanish CLEP Exam. SWTXC accepts the Spanish Language Levels 1 & 2 (without the writing section).
The SWTJC proctor fee of $20 is paid online only on Registerblast. Go to swtxc.edu, admissions, testing center, and then select the register button.
Name on CLEP ticket must match the valid, non expired ID tester will bring to testing center EXACTLY!
CLEP ticket and valid ID is required prior to arrival. Examinees can print it out via their College Board account under “print your Registration Ticket (pdf)”
Examinees must arrive 15 minutes early on the day of the exam.
Examinees can re-take the CLEP exam 3 months after the date of the exam as per College Board policy. CLEP ticket fee and proctor fee will be required again.
For CLEP scores examinees can contact College Board regarding scores and score copies.
