How to Reschedule Your Exam

 

From a phone or mobile device:

  1. Find your original confirmation email.
     
  2. Click the link at the bottom of the email to "view and manage your registration history."
     
  3. Follow the prompts to reschedule your reservation.​

 

From a computer:

  1. Click the  My Exams tab at the top of this page.
     
  2. Click on Dashboard.
     
  3. Under Upcoming Appointments, find the exam that you want to reschedule.
     
  4. Click the Reschedule link next to the exam that you want to reschedule.
     
  5. A calendar will appear with the available dates for rescheduling purposes.
     
  6. Select the new date and time that you would like for your exam.
     
  7. After you have completed the step above, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the new test date.
