How to Reschedule Your Exam
From a phone or mobile device:
- Find your original confirmation email.
- Click the link at the bottom of the email to "view and manage your registration history."
- Follow the prompts to reschedule your reservation.
From a computer:
- Click the My Exams tab at the top of this page.
- Click on Dashboard.
- Under Upcoming Appointments, find the exam that you want to reschedule.
- Click the Reschedule link next to the exam that you want to reschedule.
- A calendar will appear with the available dates for rescheduling purposes.
- Select the new date and time that you would like for your exam.
- After you have completed the step above, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the new test date.
